Jus' bought 2001 Sentra GXE

I jus bought a 2001 Sentra GXE, was wondering what upgrades I can do to it, if there is a body kit out there, and how to maintain it good.

I dunno bout you but mine's pretty powerful. Flooring it at about 10mph in first gear i can break loose a lil

well mine isnt powerful
