Question about QG/GA parts

Do you think Hot Shot and JWT will release the same type of products (turbo systems, ecus, cams, etc.) for the QG as they did for the GA engine?

Since the engines are similar, I would assume so.

BTW, nice job on the project 200sx. I was reading up on it last night.

cams are in testing stages now. Its more about demand really than anything else. I think after another couple of years there will be an available turbo kit. It just needs time, that's all.

Remember, even though everyone wets their pants talking bout sr20's and qr25's, the qg18 sales account for over 60% of sentra sales (according to last year anyways). And I still believe that The G/XE market is a lot larger than the SE-R's will ever be. So in time...Hell yeah.

I'm broke now, but as the money rolls in, I really want to support the QG aftermarket. If I could go back in time i would have spent money on bolt ons instead of my wheels. Oh well.

the base motor has always accounted for almost all sales of sentras. SE-Rs are rare, not very hard to find, but only a small percentage of sentras are SE-R. this is how it will always be. but the ga16 has been around for around 10 years, and we're barely getting a turbo kit, that isnt even street legal. so we'll see...

My trail of thought is that since those companies has delveloped parts for the GA16, doing the same for the QG shouldn't take nearly as long since the two engines are similar.

Small bone to pick with you guys - there is a turbo for the QG18 all planned. It's on the down low right now, but stay tuned!

Unless its one of Travis's or a personal kit, dont expect to be able to buy a "kit" for a while.
