Hey Mike, now that you're Turbo'd again and Dyno'd. Do you think you could do a 1/4mile test and maybe a 1/8 and 0-60? It would certainly be good marketing if you had some backing for good solid numbers. I'd hazard a guess that with your current setup you'd run low 6's 0-60 and high to mid 14's through the 1/4 mile.

Here's a suggestion for a slogan.
"Tired of Double-Digit 0-60 times? Want a sleeper Sentra that will smoke the unsuspecting competition? Mike Hall Turbo's Kits to Make Your Head Blitz! The Hall Turbo does it all! Make 160-180 WHP and cut your 60 times by 40%!"

I am new to posting on this forum and very new to working on cars so forgive me if I am asking something stupid or repetative.

I noticed in part 4 of your sentra 1.8T project car (http://www.nissanperformancemag.com/january05/qg/) third paragraph it is written that the 1.8s has a "return fuel system." I googled this, looked through the forums for a while, and could not find anything about this. Is the unused fuel filtered at the cat and routed back to the engine? or is it just a term for something every-day i have never heard of yet?

Return Fuel System simply means excess fuel is returned back to the fuel tank. There might be a fuel filter somewhere along the line but definately not the CAT!

CAT stands for Catylitic Converter (sorry for the spelling). It's for your exhaust, not fuel nor intake.

Fuel is pumped from your fuel tank by the fuel pump. It's then routed through the fuel rail. There is a regulator to stabilize the fuel since the fuel is pumped in pulse. The excessive/unuse fuel is then rerouted back to the fuel tank.

Some engines doesn't have a return fuel line. An example would be the Toyota MR-S.

Turbo applications mainly prefers a return fuel system.

*Please correct me if I'm wrong... I'm a half baked potatoe!*

Mike,

Ii enjoyed reading the NPM articles on the QG turbo setup. I have read somewhere that the GA16DE and QG18DE turbo manifolds are [almost] interchangeable. Is this correct? If not, where do the difference[s] lie?
