I have a 2003 GXE Sentra and when when the car is idle it makes a high pitched sqeaking noise mainly when it is raining. It is extremely annoying. I have taken it to be serviced for the problem a few times and they have found nothing because on the days when i take it in its not raining. When i checked under the hood myself it sounded like it was coming from one of the belts but i cannot be sure. I am a :dumbass: when it comes to cars so please if you have any info for me it will help. thank you.

prolly the serpentine belt mine squelz a little as well when water gets on it, prolly nothing, but you should check your belts for excessive cracking, mine has started to crack a little and seems to have made the noise worse. Other than that if the dealership says nothin doesnt sound like a problem.
