P1140 and Horn Relay

Ok, I did do a search about the P1140 code and their wasn't any info on how you would resolve it. My sis car is no longer underwarranty so I'm gonna have to do it. Has anyone ever fixed the problem themselves? Also I went to AutoZone to buy a new horn relay, and they looked at me funny and said they don't carry it. Ummm...is there another name it goes by? Well, I have all weekend to fix these problems so any more help would be appreciated. Thanks.
