What next ?

So far on my n16 pulsar (with qg18de) ive got a 2" mandrel bent exhaust including extractors and k&n panel filter. It's always run on 98ron petrol (premium). Now while thats all well and good im starting to want a little more power to play with, so the question is where to go from here.
Now before people ask yes ive read the tuning guide and no im not going to be doin any forced induction (insurance reasons).
The options ive been considering are:

1) Piggyback ecu - the only issue is if i will gain much from this sort of mod with my mild setup. Also there doesnt seem to be much info on here about this kind of mod or which unit to use.

2) Cam regrinds - because there arent any aftermarket ones. My only worry is that some people seem to be really against them, what are the dangers involved with them ?

3) Some kind of headwork - i dont really know too much about this area and i cant find much info on the subject for the QG18.

4) Fidanza flywheel AND/OR UR pulley - will these two help much with the setup i already have ?

At the moment im thinking of spending between $300 - $500 US but i want to be sure im getting some return on investment otherwise ill save my cash and just invest in more rice (either more body work or interior).

Thanks.

before you think of other mods, get rid of the panel filter and get a full cold air intake. that will be your best bet before investing in anything else.

and then after that, if yuo don't have an aftermarket header available, see if a shop will custom fab one for you. those two things I'd do on your car before anything else.

I really dont know how much extra results going with the full CAI setup will yeild over the current setup, however i may do a CAI setup into the existing airbox in the near future. I just dont see this as giving me much extra power for the amount it will cost.

I do have headers (called extractors here) already, theyre a 4-2-1 setup.

Do you have any suggestions on the mods i suggested ? Im considering #4 as I may be able to get an SR20 flywheel cheap and according to previous info they do the job and have no ill effects.

Do you have any links to the QG18 aftermarket flywheel so i can compare my options ?

dude, the thing that is holding you back is the stock intake system! the WHOLE THING! including the airbox and that cheap plasticy-rubber hose to the throttle body. ditch it all and get a full cold air intake. they are safe. and it's the best first mod you can do....it DOES get more power than your cat-back got you.

Get the header.(extractor) AFTER you get the CAI Unorthodox Racing makes a flywheel for the QG18DE

Ok i get your point, obviously i need to expand on the intake so ill look into that.
Although it sounds like you didnt quite understand me about the header, it is already on the car. I got the headers and 2" mandrel bent system installed at the same time.

Has anyone got any comments about the flywheel or any of my other suggested mods ?
