1) how aggressive do you drive? Check the spark plugs? have the injectors cleaned.
2) can't help you with the foglight wires...you'll probably need to have them wired to a switch
3) There's probably something wrong somewhere if you can't go faster than 120km/h......check the exhaust manifold gasket for leaks, check all the exhaust for leaks........is the Check Engine Light on?

ok i did some digging up and i found out that i need a resistor for the fog lights so that problem is fixed .

Over-drive is on (light does be off ) - would that make a difference because i was told that it would .

i don’t really drive aggressive .would check the spark plugs and injectors tomorrow . the exhaust manifold gasket seems to be ok . no leaks .

Nope the engine check light does not be on .

Thanks for the help /

overdrive on isn't really a big deal....but I'd say maybe just bad gas and hot conditions contributing to poor mileage

ok i changed the spark plugs today because i was getting a black residue on the muffler tip . Changed the spark plugs from BKR6E to BKR5E-11 . do you all think i would burn less gas because so far it seems like no difference . would i suffer any power loss/gain with the different spark plug ?

I don't know why you'd be running bkr6e's......keep the 5e's in there.

Where are you located? and what kind of gas are you running (like ocatine numbers)?

it sounds like the ill effects of a bad tank of gas, that can stick around for 2 or 3 tanks.
