CAT question

Hi,
sorry to bother you all but Im kinda troubled and would need some
answers.
I have a sentra with a QG16 engine (I live in asia)and was recommended
to change my extractor/header/manifold for more power and to run it
straight thru without a cat, so now i have a 4-2-1 mandrel bent after market extractor with no cat watsoever. Im running a semi-flow muffler too. I do feel more power in the highend, but now my fuel consumption is
suffering >alot.
So my question is this, does the QG requier a cat for proper A/F management?
And if so, should I use a normal cat or a high flow cat and will I
lose power? And does running a bigger resonator (center muffler) increase the
restriction?

it doesn't require a cat for a/f management, however having a cat on there will quiet the car down overall..........................

and keep this in mind......your primary cause for fuel consumption is your foot

if you use a big perforated core resonator it will not increase restriction, nor will a high flow cat.

Whats a perforated core resonator?

that's what the inside of it looks like.

magnaflow makes good ones...you can find them on the internet really easily.

google magnaflow resonator.
