Motor mount inserts installed!
Yes, they do work. Can be had from
www.powertechimports.com very reasonably. They are energy suspension mm inserts for the b15 SE, NOT SE-R.
BTW, if anyone ever says the QG is weak.....lookie what I did:
Now, on to the inserts:

And Chip, yes, he's ALMOST as white as me, holding the front inserts in the mount:
Impressions:
noticeable difference in vibration in the car. Not bothersome, not loud. Need to give a little more gas on launch in first, but nothing major. shifts feel smoother and there seems to be less lag of power transfer to the ground.
One of the best suspension/engine mods for less than $50
