Motor mount inserts installed!

Yes, they do work. Can be had from www.powertechimports.com very reasonably. They are energy suspension mm inserts for the b15 SE, NOT SE-R.

BTW, if anyone ever says the QG is weak.....lookie what I did:

And Chip, yes, he's ALMOST as white as me, holding the front inserts in the mount:

Impressions:
noticeable difference in vibration in the car. Not bothersome, not loud. Need to give a little more gas on launch in first, but nothing major. shifts feel smoother and there seems to be less lag of power transfer to the ground.
