Ignition coil and fuel injection don't work

I have a 2001 Nissan Sentra 1.8. the fuel injection and and the ignition coil is not working. Before starting the engine, I have tested the electrical line and there's a power in it, as soon as I started the engine the four independent ignition coil has no power/voltage at all and the fuel injection is not opening.

Two months ago, it frequently stop on the freeway, but it will start and run again. The ignition coil 15 amps fuse keeps on busting then I replaced it with 30 amps (stupid move on my part), it run for a while until it don't start anymore.

Is there any components that keeps it from working? or I busted the ECU?

I badly needed help.

You might have busted the ECU... when you kept popping fuses, that was telling you that there is some blockage or short in your system... by letting that extra voltage in, you might have fried it... better find a decent electronics man to look at your box, or take it somewhere where they can plug it in....
