Exhaust

IM interseted in getting exhaust for my Sentra "01" gxe. Whta's holding me back is a lot of people in my area have been getting there car messed with because they are hooking it up and people are asses. My friend has a civic and his exhaust is tanabe super-racing medillion, somthing like that. He told me his exhaust is one of the lowest sound exhaust on the market. I want one that is lower and doesnt attract crap to my car. What is the lowest sounding exhaust for the sentra that still does something? I just dont want to put money and have some little nerd mess with it then ill get pissed.

Thanks

my exhaust is very loud (i have the european model of a sentra) ... it's a complete new system, custom made, with a cat back system and sports cat ... very loud

The best is a custom made, but u can still remove the silencers between the header and tip ... that should increase HP and make a better sound! A friend of mine has a Weapon R exhaust with no silencers between the header and tip ... fuck ... great sound!

I understand the Stromung cat-back is of VERY high quality and has a nice sound to it.

Not to mention it's one of the best power producing exhausts out there right now.

I like stroumung because of their reputation, however, they are INSANELY expensive!!!

I'd look into someone who can make a mandrel bent 2" exhaust.............with a BIG resonator, and then choose something like a magnaflow muffler or something........

dude, the stromung exhaust is like $500-600. custom 2" mandrel bent with resonator and muffler can be done for half that.

To keep mine nice and melow with still allowing power i replaced the resonator with a Thrush 24" gp, and replaced the muffler with a ARD performance universal dual tip straight thru design muffler and custom bended piping by the shop (it's near perfect without being mandrel bent). It sounds low, growls when you need it to and purrs the rest of the time, and is non-attractant to cops if i don't step on the gas. was that enough adjectives?

I put a spec-v muffler on mine and has a little tone. With the a home made intake and muffler I pulled on a stock sentra pretty well. I weight 100lbs more than my girl and my car on 3/4 of a tank and here on empty. (as always) Its was here grandmothers car. I would thing that a muffler called a turbo or super turbo would do the same as far as noise.
