how much would it cost for a custom turbo to put into my 02 sentra gxe

it could cost just the price of a turbo and manifold and piping. That is, if you want your engine to blow.

If you know the parts that you need, and know what's needed for the engine, you wouldn't be asking us, would you?

If you wanna do it RIGHT and not the GHETTO way, you should look into spending 2-3 grand if you shop around. Shop aroujnd doesnt mean trying to pinch every penny and goes with used and no good pruducts. Itll cost you more in the long run. Just ask Chimmike.
