Nissan Sentra Losing Power

I have a Nissan Sentra that is driving me crazy. About a week ago, I replaced the computer (ECU) because the car was shaking and sputtering especially on D or R. In 2008, I had replaced the computer after the car had died on me. It had completely lost engine power.

Recently when I replaced the ECU, I also replaced one of the ignition coils which was flat. After replacing the computer, the car ran well for sometime - two days. Then it started behaving funny: The car starts well, but sometime when it is on R, it dies and all the lights (not check engine light) appear on the dashboard.

Other times, when I'm climbing a hill, the car loses power. It really struggles to move. On a flat surface, the car runs well though not optimally. I spent a fortune on this damn car and I'm about to discard it. But before I do this, I would like to hear from experts and non-experts if there's something that I can do to rectify the problem.
