2001 Sentra SE with 1.8 not firing on two cylinders

My bil has a '01 Sentra with the 1.8. It's not firing on two adjacent clyinders, 3 and 4 I believe. Coil packs are okay, compression is okay, new crankcase and camshaft sensors, PCM has been changed out - to no effect - still no fire on those two cylinders. One mechanic mentioned an ignitor box. Does this car have one and where is it locate? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

We moved the coil packs from cylinder to cylinder and it was still misfiring on the same two cylinders. We also replaced the wiring harness.

the igniter is part of each coil you need 4 things to fire a cylinder 1st air is it getting air in and out, air filter clean and no plugged exhaust plugged egr passages that can contaminate the air charge check for a lean misfire possible blown intake gasket . 2nd gas have you checked for injector pulse at all 4 injectors and the injectors them self's. fresh gas and at least 35lbs of fuel pressure. 3rd compression at least 60lbs and and or all the same psi 4th spark have you checked each coil for power and ground and when i say ground i mean the ability for the pcm to pulse each coil have you checked the reluctor at the crank sensor sometimes they get damaged missing teeth or bent
