2001 sentra 1.8L idle at 600 and below 1000 RPM < A mechanis told me rhe ECM will nee

Rough idle when I acelerate does"nt go over 1 K to 1500 RPM, I have recently replaced the Mass air flow sensor so the mechanic said next is the ECM computer will need to be replaced ? any one with this problem

My son drives a 2004 Nissan Sentra 1.8 l engine with standard trans.
ECM went crazy where the car would only idle and drive at about 10 mph. Changed mass airflow sensor gas pedal and throttle positioning motor to learn after changing these parts still nothing.
Found out Nissan dealer wanted big bucks to change ECM and then found one in Pick and Pull 2003 Nissan Sentra for 30 bucks.
Plugged the used ECM in and it has been working perfect for about 3 years now.
Note the ECM that was in the car originally was made in Mexico the one I got at the scrap yard was made in Japan.
