Valve Tappet Clearance

Does anyone knows the valve tappet clearance for...

2001 Nissan Pulsar/Sentra N16
Engine QG16DE 5speed Manual
1.6L 4valves per cylinder
200,000kms
No smoke, smoke smells perfect, doesnt use any oil.
Spark plug tip(electrodes) purfect burn(tan).

Loosing a bit of power, everything had changed, spark plugs, air filter, oil, no distributorle thats why can't adjust the timing.

Thanks in advance for your Help.. Cheers!

download the factory service manual for your car at phatg20.net
I don't have a QC, only a GA and VQ, but the timing is adjustable.
The ECU is put into timing mode then adjusted.
