out of all the exhausts for the spec, the best sounding ones in my opinion are the hks, greddy evo, apexi ws2 and strumong in no particular order

i think you are freaking out a little too much over it
if you are honestly worried about it being loud, then stick with either the ws2 or hks. the strumong is slightly louder and the evo is a bit louder

yes i am...=P someone told me on b15.net:" I've been told the flange on the axle bend is different between the qr and qg/sr exhausts." so would that be a problem or no?

there are a lot of 1.8 owners i can think of that have had the hks on their car...of all of those people, 2 have had a fitment issue and had to get a small piece of pipe welded on. it depends on the year. i believe both of those guys had 04's. haven't heard issues from any other years

oh ok thanks for all the info. im going to give it a day or two before i buy it. Right now the chances for HKS, Greddy (evo2) and the tanabe concept G are high. thanks again man! happy driving. take care man.
