hi. i just brought a second hand motor for my pulsar vector 1.8.. the engine i got was a 1.8 out of a manual.. ( i have a automatic) the only thing i had to change was the flywheel .when i have installed the engine to the gear box.. for some reason it does want to sit flush into the gearbox.. but its enough to get the convertor bolts in and also the bolts that goes from the engine to the gearbox.. i have a slight gap when i tighten it up it get very tight... but does not sit flush. i try to turn the engine when i have tighten the bolts up and the engine will not turn.. i loosen the bolts and the engine can turn.. does any one know what kind of problem i have.. is the manual engine block different to the auto? i removed to make sure i put the flywheel on the right way and i did as the marks so the wear from the convector i know their was a spacer in between but i am sure i put the the right way.. any help would be great.. not sure to take the motor out this time or the gearbox?
