2002 tune up

I just installed new headers and have had a cold air intake for some time now. But my question is why is sounding so rough? I think it may need a new tune, in which case, how much would that be?

Your car only has one header. My guess is you have the stock resonator still? Its likely to sound a little rough with a header and stock resonator. do you have an SES light on?

Yes i do have the light, i actually had to put the stock back on because it was so rough and the mpg was horrible, i think the problem was the placement of the o2 sensor, which i am a little uncertain of but im looking for input either way.
