I have a 2000 sentra with 1.8L. So far I have put new fuel pump and regulator. The car will start if the tank is uphill and more than 1/2 tank. It will acclerate down the road at 1/3 to 1/2 throttle but no more. It isn't getting fuel. I can crimp off the return line and it runs better. You can hear the pump run when the switch is first turned on for 2-3 sec. I have not found a fuel pump relay. Several mechanics have pondered over without solving. lol, you sound pretty despirate. the dealership will do the best for diagnosing and since you dont seem to care about a price, they'll be happy to take your cash.
