Unhappy 2002 sentra ECU bad?

I have an '02 sentra GXE, AT, 1.8L with about 135,000 miles on it. I have been having an issue with the engine running rough and not alot of power. took it to the dealer and they told me it was the Crankshaft position sensor. I had already done the recall about 1.5 years ago. So I purchased another sensor from the dealership and put it on myself. Same issues. Took it back to the dealer and they told me that I had purchased a bad sensor from their parts department. So I swapped it out for another new one from their parts department. Put it on and the same thing again ( idle rough accel rough ) but my ECU is still giving a crank sensor trouble code. I took it back to the dealer and they told me that it must be my wiring. So I told told them to "stick it.." well you know. ... So I came home and ohm'd out the wiring from my crank sensor plug to the computer plug. all of the sensors appear to come to a jumper plug that jumps all the sensor signals together. Removed from jumper plug so I could ohm out just my crank sensor, and it seems to be fine. I even took my ECU apart and ohmed to the circuit board and it ohms fine. The only other issues with the car at the moment is I am also getting a po735 if I remember right, which is a solenoid pack problem in my transmission, but that shouldn't have anything to do with the gas air mix right? Also when I start my car, the OD (overdrive) light flashes on and off quickly for about 5 seconds. Kinda weird. So am I correct in going for the ECU module next? Please Help???!!

i have no answers for you. some advice would be to go to a smaller mechanic hop, not a dealership. and second, buy a new ecu.

well, thanks for the reply, but since I have posted this, I have taken it to a import specialist, (mom and pop place).. and he had it figured out in like 3 hours...I had the #1 spark plug fouled out, and 2 of my spark plug firing modules were bad. The modules are $100 a piece... but it runs like a top now...I wonder why 2 of my modules would go bad??
