2001 sentra GXE idle issues

My Sentra will idle sparatically, hesitate when I step on the gas, feels like it misses when I cruise, and gets crappy gas mileage. I just recently replaced the MAF and the harness because of computer codes but my car still runs like crap! Can anyone help??

I had a check engine light come on and very rough idling on a 2001 GXE. I replaced MAF which helped a little but it idles rough in drive. If I put it in neutral it idles fine. Bottom end accleration is awful and it is burning oil, I have traded it on an Odyssey as I think it is having compression prolems
