is flooding common?

Hi I'm new and got a question. Sunday evening I went to go start my car and it wouldn't start. It would turn over but not start. I had moved my car Saturday night at about 7pm it took about a minute to move it from one place to another. Well anyway it is still under warranty... it only has 22,000 on it its a 2005... so I called nissan and they towed it to the shop... Said it was flooded. WTH... how does a fuel injection flood and why this time and never before. I just don't get it... Does that seem true or common?
Thanks for any input. I have a $56 tow that they are going to make me pay unless I can argue that they are wrong.

well even if it was "flooded" by the time it got to the dealers it should have disipated so the car would have started... all it takes is about 1/2 hour. but in order for it to flood you had to have pushed on the gas while starting it. by turning over you mean make the starter noise or the engine actually went to start but failed?

YES when you move the car about 25 feet !!!
Both my 97 Sentra and my Daughters 200SX SER did this while fairly new till we "Learnt" not to do that.
And if you do move the car a very short distance and it doesn't start next time, Depress the throttle all the way to the Floor then Crank till it starts. This tells the ECU the Car is flooded and shuts off the gas. This works !!!!

Thank you, yeah the service tech explained the problem to me and why it happens. I wish I had known that prior or even wish they would have explained it as a possibility over the phone, man $56 tow for that is irritating. Well thanks again.
