Can any one please guide me on what could be the issue or what to look for.
Problem:

I am getting burning smell(smells like rubber burning) thru all vents when I increase the temperature and all the cases

1) A/C on or off
2) In car air circulation light on or off

But if reduce the temperature, i am not getting this smell.

I really appreciate your insight in to this issue as I do not have much knowledge about cars and their parts.

Check to see if you have an oil leak? Maybe also check the power steering pressure hose for a leak as well. I had the same problem!

if you just changed your oil sometimes the oilfilter leaks on the heat sheld spray some break clean on it and that should fix it up
