2001 sentra gxe man transmission prob

there is something fishy about my tranny????
shifting into second is kinda rough, not all the time but shifting up into second takes more effort that usual, i have had synthetic gearoil in it from new and had no problems until now???
i don't drive her hard or rev tooo much past 3500 (drive like a granny
but thats cuz my 18 mont old sone is in the car
any ideas or suggestions???
it is a QG18DE motor with 5 speed manual trans
