i need help concerning the after-install of the pulley. my dad told me that when installing a pulley, the timing will be wrong and that you will have to get it re-adjusted. need some info about this...please right now...thanks in advance.

I think he's talking about the timing belt. That has nothing to do with what your up to. We don't have a timing belt.
