Yet another 12v outlet question - please help

Hi All
I'm quite desperate about something with my 12v outlets in my 03 sentra GXE. The one between the 2 seats works fine but the one forward below the radio does not work. I have checked the fuse box on my left knee side but there is only one fuse marked CIG LIGHT. I changed it with a spare one but it did not change anything.
Does the forward outlet have its own fuse somewhere else?

If not, what do you recommend I check/do ? I just don't want to go to the dealer for something I have the feeling could be simple. Thanks in advance for your help!!!

Since it is mounted to plastic, check and see if the ground wire came off.

I finally managed to find out what it was. The whole wire to the cig lighter fell off.
