Does anyone have a 2000+ 1.8L Sentra alternator laying around?

When the car is on the alternator is just way too noisy. I had originally thought something was up with the engine. I opened the hood and noticed the alternator sounding like a electrical saw.

A few questions:

1. How hard is it to replace alternator on the 2000 Sentra?

2. Is there a website that shows how to replace it?

3. Does anyone have a stock alternator that he/she can sell me or perhaps direct me to a place that sell it at a good price?

4. Is it possibily not the alternator but some other component making the noise?
