i have a 2005 sentra 1.8s. I want some foglights for it but i have a question first. I found some oem lights on ebay for my car for 160 bux b4 shipping. I found some oem lights for an 02-04 altima/03 murano, wont those fit? aren't they the same size?

I also was wondering if my car is already wired for the lights like some of the altimas are? I didn't see that it was, but I can't really see from the top (under the hood), and i can't tell from underneath cuz there isn't much room under that little car. lol. any help is greatly appreciated.
