GReddy E-Manage ITC (Ignition Timing Control) wiring diagrams

Dear All,

I just had a GReddy e-manage installed in my N16 Sentra GXE yesterday. While pouring through the GReddy manual and installation diagrams, the tuners couldn't find anything associated with the QG18DE engine, but after a long while of tapping for the RPM Signals, they managed to get the e-managed installed. The first stage that we did was to fine tune the air fuel ratio. In Malaysia, the N16 Sentra's Air Fuel ratio is running very very rich, in order to enhance engine reliability. If i'm not mistaken its set to around 11.5 at high RPM's to 12 at lower RPM's.

We dynoed about 15 runs with trying out a few different maps and eventually managed to tune the Air/ Fuel to about 13.3. It made approx 7.9WHP. Now, i just had the ignition harness installed today and since there were no ITC wiring diagrams, they didn't want to take the risk of advancing my ignition for fear of blowing up the engine.

Anyone out there with the GReddy e-manage wiring maps for ignition? If so, please do share it with us here.

Many thanks and very much appreciated.

in order to get the timing control on the emanage blue to work properly, you need a harness that converts the 4 ignition coils and crank position sensor signal to an rpm signal.
In fact, you need this part to get an accurate rpm signal, period.

part number: 15900904 you will not use 2 of the wires on that.

www.mohdparts.com it's under emanage blue special adapters. That's the exact part number you need!

this will allow you to build better maps because the air fuels will be properly adjusted per rpm.

keep in mind, at wide open throttle in open loop mode, the ECU dumps fuel in, for safety purposes. Top end is where you'll gain the most, but you've got to be really safe. I'd enrich it more, 13.3:1 seems a little on the lean side.
