That hose connects to the back side of your transmission. Look way down at the bottom, near the back, and you'll see a small L shaped port-looking thing on the transmission. That hose goes there. The stock intake had a hose that ran to there, although the opposing end didn't connect directly to the intake.

i had the same problem...me and my friend just grabbed either side and stretched it as much as we could...although it was still a really tight fit, it did work oh and does anyone know where to find blue hoses instead of red ones. I want it to match my blue strut bar and hypervoltage setups...any help would be appreciated

OK, I don't have a pic, but it's easy to find. when looking in, over the front left fender (driver side), near the firewall, look down, at the back side of the transmission. Basically, from the throttle-body, look straight down, toward the ground. If you look closely, you will see a small L-shaped port, coming out of the transmission. The hose in question, goes there.

When you removed the stock intake, you should have seen a hose that was tied into the back of the hose going from the MAF, to the throttle body. This hose did not connect to anything visible, but if you follow it, it will run down to the transmission. That is where it goes.

I'll see if I can take a picture of my setup, and post it.

The hose is a transmission breather, it doesn't connect to anything, but you want it up and out of the way so crap can't get into it, like water and dirt.

The stock setup was like that. the 'breather' hose was not hooked to anything, but it did run up to the area right below the hood, on the along the back of the stock pipe, by the MAF sensor.
Hooking it up to the aftermarket intake will take care of the water and dirt issue.

see that tube that goes from your CAI to ur VC ??

I'd suggest cutting that half an inch short ....your getting a kink....and that will choke your engine if it kinks ....and over time, while driving, the heat will allow it to kink easier and fold ....

SO fix that .....or ur gonna run into some problems ...
