is there a performace throttle body for this engine? ive searched everywhere and cant find one.

Hi!

There is none in Malaysia. But since the QG series don't even have performance cams, then chances are unlikely that there's throttle body.

I'm no experienced techie, but I heard from my friend that our throttle body have the same dims with the VQ engines found the cefiros?

There will be no gains at all from a larger diameter throttle body. Too much other important engine work would need to be done before a different throttle body is even necessary.
