nismo sells front lips similar or exactly like that...try nismo or if you want a full body kit aerotrends.com

Looks like the Mach 1 mustang lip, it seems to fit the b15s pretty good with a little trimming. Check out b15sentra.net, there's a thread about that lip in the cosmedic section. They run about $100 at your local ford dealer.
