ignition off, pcm relay stays on

My battery drains overnight because the pcm relay keeps the IACV motor on after turning the ignition off. If I cycle the fuse to the relay coil, it resets and the battery is OK for the night. I think the pcm is a problem. A couple years ago, the pcm was recalled to replace a liner inside. I don't want to mess with the pcm without seeking help here since I don't know anything about it.

Any help here would be appreciated. It's a 2000 Sentra GXE. Before I start cutting wires, can someone help me understand the pcm function regarding the IACV motor.
