Will an SE-R 2.0L head fit a QG18 motor?

I just want to know if a 2.0L head will fit onto a 1.8L QG motor without problems or is it a major mod?

If not, will the 2.0L non-turbo headers fit the 1.8L?

I'd be willing to bet the SR head doesn't flow that much better than the QG. I still don't think they will line up. Same with the header. Go aftermarket if you want to push more air.
