I've been driving with WHAT disconnected?

It seems like my hotshot CAI has been sliding off every now and then and I need some sort of reinforcement to keep it connected to that red sleeve thats connected to the MAF adapter. The part that keeps on coming off is the part that has the air filter on it. I just now put it back on after the engine had cooled and tightened it back on but I do not want it to slide off again. If I need to what kind of other reinforcements could I use to keep it in place?

there should be two clamps on each hose. One for each piece of pipe that is connected.

see the hose just below the MAF? the silicone coupler? See the 2 clamps on it???

Is yours like that, and did you TIGHTEN them at all???

There's a red silicone coupler, and a black silicone coupler, coupling the same two "pipes," You only need one silicone coupler for a connection between two "pipes." Like Chimmike said, no wonder it's slipping off. Oh, and you might wanna straighten out that serious kink in that silicone hose..

well thats not the part that falls off......the part that falls off is the other end the other red coupler and that pipe slips off of that
