I am trying to find a cat back exhaust that would be compatable with my 2002 sentra xe. Everything is made for the Spec V and i was wondering if it would be compatable with my xe. I am looking to purchase the turbo kit that is being posted on these forums, so is it nessecary to upgrade my exhaust as well?

An exhaust would definitely be mandatory if you put a turbo on. Othewise it would be like trying to blow through a coffee straw. Best would be to get a 3" Cat-back. I can't help you with where to get it though, sorry.

I don't think the specv cat backs will fit our cars. So for your cat back just go to a good muffler shop on talk to them, make sure they use mandrel(my spelling sucks) bent tubing. Mine cost $250, then another $100 to relocate the o2 sensors, because I replaced the header. I think mine looks like it fits ten times better than my bubby's spec with a meagen cat back. The most importent thing is to find a GOOD shop to take it to. Good luck with the turbo

You can go to you local muffler shop and have them make you a custom exhaust i did and i only spent 250 for 2 1/2 inch pipe all the way back into a performance muffler that they sold

2.5" is too large for a non-turbo QG18DE....and you paid $250 for a crush bent exhaust which is shatty. You got ripped off.

I got the HKS Super Dagger. It's a bit expensive but it sounds nice especially after 3500 rpm's.
