Screeching on cold start

My 2001 Pathfinder started screeching occasionally on a cold start about 6 months ago. So I had the belts replaced at my local nissan dealership. Everything was fine for a few months, but the screeching has returned on cold starts.

Any ideas on what my be causing this?

Recheck the tension on the belts. New ones tend to stretch. I had to readjust my fan belt 3 times - so far.
