headlight and fog light question

I was wondering if there was any to allow the fog lights to stay on when the high beams were turned on and/or any way to run just parking lights and fogs. I use to have a VW and we had a european light switch with jumpers that allowed the high beams, low beams and fogs to be on at the sametime or just parking lights and fogs. If anyone knows how to create the jumper needed it would be creately appreciated. by the way I have a 99.5 pathfinder le.

from what i have read on other sites, having fog lights alone without headlights is illegal supposedly. i am not 100% sure though.

It might be against SAE standard... but there still has to be a way around it and allow it to run just parking lights and fogs.

Yup, rewire it so the fog light relay has power with the lights off. Simple job. If you install aftermarket fog lights, they'll undoubtedly be able to run regardless of headlight switch position.
