I disconnected the battery cables on my 97 pathfinder to clean the posts and connectors. Now the radio/CD does not work. Does it have a code or something?

Disconnectiong the batt should not be the problem - how long was it disconnected? Check the fuses maybe?

I unplugged the 7.5 amp fuse (1 of 3 radio fuses) it was good. Plugged it back in and the radio came to life.

My radio (in a 97 Pathfinder SE) has gone on the fritz and is draining the battery. Can you tell me which fuses those 3 are that I would need to remove to take the radio out of the electrical system & at least save my battery until I can replace the radio? THanks very much for any assist.
