The seach button should be used before posting questions. Then more specific question can be asked, ones that more experianced guys won't mind answering.

Oh so we have specifics now that you "experts" answer...If it is something above your intelligence level then we are ignorant for asking... I search all the time and find the same smarta$$ answers on old posts as well as new...

How about this, make this a Database to search and put an email address for any questions over and above...then just dont reply if it's a stupid question...

Or better yet, if your gonna have a message board...let people use it you guys kill me

It has nothing to do with something being below us to answer. How would you like to answer the same questions over and over all the time. It gets old after awhile. Its always better to do a search, its good mannors to search before asking on any forum. On many forums you get flamed for asking noob questions, try it on some forum for a non-related subject.

Search engines do look for the questions you are asking, they seach the forum database, you don't need to develop another. I do it all the time on other web sights, then i have a better idea of what to ask specificaly, it gives me a better chance of getting a good answer. In fact by serching, I usualy don't even need to post.

Just keep the fields fairly open at first, then drill down to find more details. Its really easy. The better you get from searching, the better you can use forums (not just this one) to find out what you want.

Kinda off topic (he coughs), but
is anyone running the OME kit (4 shocks, rear springs and steer. stab.)?
Sounds reasonable for 500 but I would like some real world opionions/

THANK YOU.
My major issue right now is weather or not to buy the OME shocks for 77 each or buy ranchos 9000s which are adjustable and come with a lifetime warranty.
I think the ranchos may be the way to go since I can turn the knob down if they are too stiff etc. I also don't want to buy more shocks in like 2 years, if they start to soften up.

I can tell you that the 9000's are pretty good, I have them on my truck.

You'd be better off to buy the 9000's. They're adjustable and have a lifetime warranty, so if they do go soft, trade 'em back in and get new ones.

Ok so it seems that the 9000's would be the best bet.
Now where should they be purchased?
Oh and as far as the springs go. 2'' lift nissan performance?
Who sells them?
Thanks

Summitracing.com, local offroad shop, pick one and go with it. I'd avoid 4WheelParts, though. For springs, many different companies offer them and they're basically all the same, pick one and go with it.

For the rear springs, Summit does not offer them neither does my local off road shop. Any other options for me out there? I want to get this done fast
thanks in advance fellas

Calmini, AC and Rancho all make rear coil springs for lifting Pathfinders. You could also use a pair of modified junkyard Jeep Grand Cherokee front springs for between 2-3" of lift, or use some from a F150 Ford in front with the pigtail cut off...I can get coil springs for $10 each at the local junkyard.
