98 pathfinder starts then dies

my pathfiner will start and run fine for about a day then the next day the power is completely off.. it wont do anything... It has a new battery and recently changed ignition... i took it to a shop and alternator is charching fine it just gives the knock sensor code.. i dont know what else to doo.. please help

When you say "the power is completely off", does that also mean the head lights, interior lights and horn don't work? If so, check the battery cable connectors/battery posts for corrosion/oxidation; also make sure the (-) battery cable is bolted tight to the engine block.

When i say completely offf is completely off .. No lights nothing.. No corrosion.. Tomorrow ill chek the cables

What he said, you're loosing primary power on one side or the other. I would deffinatly start with the ground cable

Yes. Something is off. A ground cable, or even a battery cable. Does it start right up with a jump? Could just be a bad battery.
