I know this is such a newb question, and I've misplaced my Haynes and I'm hard up on cash at the moment.
Is the fill plug and drain plug removed with a 1/2" socket wrench by itself? I smell a foul burning (see smoke rising from near exhaust manifold) and I'm worried it's the tranny oil so I'm going to replace it.
yes usually, but have seen 3/8 square used as well.
