Need Help! 2000 Pathfinder wont start!

Hey Everyone!
I have a 2000 Pathfinder that has served me well for years, but just recently it started having issues getting started. I would try to start it but it would make the clicking noises like the battery was dead but eventually start. I got a new battery and now the engine turns over but wont start. I brought it to my mechanic and he tried to see if the computer would spit out some codes but the computer is having issues interfacing. We looked at everything, spark plugs, fuel pump and everything is in working order. We thought it could be the chip inside of the key so we had a new one made and still nothing. At this point we dont know whats going on or what it could possibly be. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. This car is my only daily driver and I need it back in working order! Thanks in advance!

I got it running, turns out that it was an electrical issue of sorts. The computer for whatever reason wasn't telling the fuel pump to work. Found out it was a bad connection somewhere or a short so we bypassed it and it fired right up. Its working great now (knock on wood) so maybe you're having an electrical issue as well.
