TPMS Question

Hello,

I have a '05 Pathfinder and found a nail in one of the tires. The tire was fixed but the TPMS light is still on. Does it take awhile for the system to relearn and the light to go off or do I need to reset it somehow? Any info would be appreciated. TIA.

tire pressure should be bout 35psi. It should reset itself pretty quick. I had low pressure one cold morning with the light coming on. Added air and went out when I started driving.

The tire with the flat was low. I should have checked the tire pressure before posting. I figured the shop who fixed the flat would have filled it up to the right pressure. Added air to 35psi and now the light it gone. Thanks.
