01 pathfinder shift interlock question

pathfinder2001 NissanForums Newbie Join Date: Jan 2008 Posts: 1	01 pathfinder shift interlock question My wifes 01 Pathfinder has trouble going into reverse. Sometimes it takes 5 minutes. I took apart the console and the solenoid does not move. I can hear the clicking when the pedal is pressed and I am aware that the switch there may not be working. how do i know which part needs to be replaced. switch at pedal or shift lock solenoid? Thanks
