Hi everyone i just purchased a 1997 pathfinder and have a quick question. The truck has 130k on it idles smooth no smoke but i find the acceleration peculiar. the vehicle will accelerate at part throttle fine, right up to 55mph. When accelerating at part throttle and then depressing the accelerator to half way the truck seems to lose some power, the motor tone and demeanor weakens, If you then give it full throttle the truck will usually downshift and then accelerate so so (its no drag car). Im just curious if anyone has come across a similar problem, the truck has an auto tranny (tranny is not slipping) new plugs, cap/rotor and no lights on the dash.
