p4 path - new starter and wont start

I just got done putting in a new starter and when I reconnected everything I tried to start my car up and nothin happened. No clicking, grinding, buzzing... Just dead. I'm lost right now. Anyone know what might have caused this?

Did you disconnect the battery before installing the new starter? Sounds like the ground isn't connected. Do you have any lights on the dash when you try and start?

Yeah, all my lights, stereo, etc work. The only thing not working is the starter

Can you have the shop that sold you the starter test it? If there is no click, maybe the relay crapped out on you. I would have someone turn the key while you listen for a click in the relay. Also double check your connections on the battery and starter.

Starters ground through the case...no ground to hook up AFAIK. Check battery cables and terminals and the connections at the starter first.
