suspension question

before the flaming begins, i did a lot of research and nobody seems to know for sure and i need to know before i go ripping things apart, so here goes... i have the classical rear shimmy on this truck. spending 500+ is not an option at a dealer.

this is the one for the control arms, it says i need 4 per vehicle.

this is for the pan hard rod? What is that, and is this something i should do as well, or are the control arms the only ones that cause the wobble?

*edit* Does anyone know of a better place to get these parts, they are costly, and Im tyin not to spend to much

The wobble isnt bad right now, but I dont want to give it the oppurtunity to scare me...

thanks,
Mike

What year is your truck? It can't hurt to replace your bushings. If they are worn it will flex and cause the wobble and tire wear. You might need a press to get the bushing in place.

The panhard rod should be fine, I haven't heard of many people at all replacing theirs along with the control arm bushings.
