JON'S Pathfinder

After connecting a trailer and trying to fix a tail light on the trailer i noticed that the tail lights had stoped working on my 2005 Pathfinder. I had obviously shorted them out so i located a blown 20 amp fuse in a box next to the battery (offside of vehicle) and replaced with a new one but the tail lights have not come on. Ive tested 3 banks of fuses (2 in engine bay and one in glove box) and they all have continuity and all have 12 volts energizing them. I still have all lights accept for tail.

Q. Does anyone know if the tail lights have a separate relay and where exactly its located?

Any help will be much appreciated!!!

JON'S Pathfinder

Ive just managed to fix the problem now. I got someone to turn the lights on and off while i listened for the relay and noticed it was coming from a box which is not included in the manual as containing fuses. After an effort i managed to pry the lid off and was able to locate another blown fuse. Tail lights are working now after replacing the fuse and just thought i would post this incase someone has a similar problem because i was close to taking it to the dealer to fix.
